BLU RANGERS SECURITY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a dream organization of veteran and visionary BSF Officer Late Shri S C Bhattacharya who rendered meritorious services in CAPF Organizations for 35 years in various gamuts. Under his patronage & guidance, Blu Rangers was founded and registered on 19th March 2021 in New Delhi, India under the Companies Act, 2013, and obtained licenses/certifications from numerous regulatory authorities. Blu Rangers came into existence with a motto of सुरक्षा: सेवा: संरक्षण to provide an integrated Security and Facilities Management & Specialized Training (Skill Development) services its valued clients by adopting best practices followed globally in Private Security Industry.

Blu Rangers Security & Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd is running by an Ex-Central Paramilitary Forces veteran. This is a PSARA-2005 Licensed and ISO 9001:2015(QMS) & ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S) certified company which denotes its commitment and quality assurance towards its clients & employees. We are the member of Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) which is a national apex body for the Private Security Industry in India. Blu Rangers also been recognized by DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India as ‘Security Solutions’ Industry and ‘Public Citizen Security Solutions’. Mr. Biplab Bhattacharya

The Visionary

Mr. Biplab Bhattacharya, CSP a CAPF veteran is highly accomplished professional with 27 years of experience (22 years in Border Security Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and 05 years in Private Security Industry) in the fields of Security & Border Management, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, Intelligence & Cyber Security, and Private Security Management.

In addition, he also has been into the education and training department as CSTM in BSF Air Wing, New Delhi under the approval of Directorate General Civil Aviation (DGCA), MoCA, GoI.

He is presently Director & COO of Blu Rangers Security & Facility Management Services Private Limited, New Delhi, India.
