• At Blu Rangers, we provide manpower services after conducting a detailed site inspection and security audit physically of a premises/installation before deployment. We takes 10-15 days for deployment after site inspection (Except Event or Ceremonial purpose). This period we needs to hire suitable manpower and imparting training them specifically for the particular premises).
• Manpower providing by the Blu Rangers are trained under the guidelines of various regulatory authority viz-a-viz PSARA-2005, NSDC, SKSDC and BCAS (For Civil Aviation only). We have a dedicated in-house training room with CBT facilities. Additionally, we have signed a MoU with PSARA recognized training institute to train our manpower as per the regulatory guidelines. All employees in Blu Rangers need to get their Training Certificates before deployment at any premises. The copy of training certificate will be shared with the client within a month of deployment.
• We strongly believes that “The best way to secure a premises-To train its Caretakers & Prime Responders regularly” Hence, we focused on preinduction/indoctrination training, refresher training, OJT as per the needs of client’s/premises which has to be conducted thrice a month mandatorily.
